The room was spacious with a comfy bed. The jacuzzi was a nice touch, even if it was a bit snug for two.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but worth it.

The breakfast options were really good, especially the freshly made waffles. The pool was closed during our stay, which was disappointing.

Location is fantastic, easy walk to shops and restaurants. The pool was closed during our stay. Room was clean but clearly needs some updates and deep cleaning. Staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience better.

I loved the homey feel of the suite with two queen beds and a sleeper sofa! The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, especially on Christmas Eve! Plus, breakfast was a delicious start to our day-hello, make-your-own waffles!
Would recommend! ❤️😊

The slippery tub and neglected tissue box were disappointing touches that made me question cleanliness, especially during these times. I felt awkward asking for water at checkout; the staff could use more warmth in their service. On a brighter note, breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and friendly staff. The suite was lovely, comfortable, and conveniently close to town. the pool temperature issues and lack of proper maintenance were frustrating. The check-in wait was too long, which added to the disappointment. It had potential, but the execution fell short.

Great location, friendly staff. The woman in charge of breakfast was delightful, and the selection was impressive. The pool was warm initially but disappointing in the later days. several cleanliness issues arose. The room had dust, stained pillows, and unvacuumed carpets. The noise level on the second floor was high. If you value sleep, aim for the third. A heads-up about the breakfast change would have been appreciated; it felt misleading. The staff was polite during check-out, but my missing items went unaddressed, leaving a sour note. With proper attention to detail, this could be a stellar stay.

I was really let down by the lack of cleanliness. The room felt neglected, with a dirty shower and old coffee left behind. We even found an empty liquor bottle hiding by the curtain. Definitely not what I expected.

Everywhere I wanted to explore was just a short stroll away, with charming spots like the Unicoi Hill Park and the Live Tarantulas Museum both less than a mile from my door, making it simple to soak in the surroundings and discover local gems like the Helen Arts & Heritage Center and Alpine Mini Golf. The breakfast was delightful and the staff were exceptionally friendly, creating a homey atmosphere during my visit. However, I did notice that some of the room entry doors could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

Floating down the Chattahoochee River was a blast! Unicoi State Park gave me the chance to canoe. Innsbruck Golf Club challenged my skills. The German cuisine nearby was delicious.
The cleanliness was a bit questionable, but who needs clean sheets, right? .

Just a proper fit for a swift stopover in Helen with excellent value for money. The free breakfast was great.

The room was a decent size, with comfortable beds that provided a good night's sleep. the cleanliness left something to be desired-the bathroom faucet had residue, and the coffee pot needed attention. The temperature control was easy to use and kept the room nice and cozy. Noise levels were manageable, though slight disturbances were heard from outside. The staff was friendly, providing helpful dining suggestions, which enhanced the experience.

The proximity to the charming German Village was fantastic, just a short walk away! The comfortable room and warm pool were a real treat during my Christmas stay. And let's not forget the exceptionally friendly and accommodating breakfast attendant who truly went above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and well taken care of.
The room cleanliness left much to be desired. From a dirty shower to leftover trash and old coffee pots, it was clear that the housekeeping standards were lacking.

During my Xmas stay, we received a surprise upgrade to a suite with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa. The indoor pool was a hit, especially with the kids swimming on Christmas Eve. The hotel's location was fantastic, within a 5-minute walk to town, shops, restaurants, and tubing locations.
We had a less than pleasant experience with the hotel amenities. The pool was closed without a valid reason, and the carpets in the room needed replacing.

Visiting the Innsbruck Golf Club amidst the Blue Ridge Mountains was a delightful experience for our family. The lush 18-hole terrain provided a perfect backdrop for outdoor adventures, and the manicured greens were a treat for the eyes.
My wife says that more family-friendly recreational activities should be available for children at the hotel.

We hit the sweet links at the Innsbruck Golf Club, and it was like playing mini-golf on steroids. Then we tackled the rugged trails at Unicoi State Park, feeling like true adventurers. The mountain backdrop was straight out of a movie, super scenic for our Insta feed!
Would've loved it even more if there was a buzzing nightlife scene nearby for some post-hike party vibes.

Just wanted to share my experience staying at Country Inn recently. The ironing facilities were handy for freshening up my outfits, but I wish the heating in the room worked a bit better as it was a bit chilly. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, which was a minor annoyance. I loved having tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for a morning pick-me-up! The sitting area was cozy, and I appreciated the garden furniture outside for some fresh air. the bathtub could have been cleaner, and the hot tub water was way too hot for the kids to enjoy. Unfortunately, the elevator was a bit unreliable, and the pool area was not well-maintained. It would have been nice to have towels readily available in the pool room instead of having to ask at the front desk. The lack of housekeeping service and the delayed room readiness were also disappointing. The free breakfast was a highlight for me, and the breakfast attendant was super friendly. A mix of positives and negatives during my stay.

During our stay in this quiet, beautiful, and clean town of Helen, Georgia, Country Inn & Suites provided a comfortable and friendly environment for our family. The front desk staff was helpful and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore the shops, restaurants, and nearby water activities and motor cycle rides.
Room cleanliness was a letdown, despite the efforts to rectify it.

We were kinda surprised to be upgraded to a suite upon check-in. The breakfast, though limited, offered a variety of options including fruit, yogurt, breads. The hotel's location is conveniently within walking distance to the town and restaurants. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

the breakfast was amazing - had everything you could want. the hotel's really clean and is super close to the town's shopping district. dana and erica were like our personal tour guides - giving us great local tips. and the staff's so friendly and helpful - especially judy at the front desk.
